On request, the 60-minute service provides a first curated selection of professionally edited images during your event, at no extra charge. We agree priority shots, scope and the delivery window in advance. Your full gallery follows on the agreed schedule.
How do you make sure the important shots are covered?
Before the event we discuss key people, programme highlights and intended publications. A prioritised shot list and an on-site contact help combine essential photographs with spontaneous moments.
Are the images edited and how are they delivered?
You receive a carefully selected gallery, professionally edited for brightness, colour, contrast and composition. Your private online gallery makes viewing and downloading straightforward.
Can we include portraits, group photographs or an event film?
Yes. Group photographs, business portraits, short clips or a separately planned event film can complement your coverage. We agree the time slots and scope in your quote.
Which usage rights are included?
Tell me how you intend to use the images, including press, website, LinkedIn, social media and internal communications. The agreed usage rights are set out in your quote.
Do you work outside Düsseldorf?
Yes. I cover Cologne, Duisburg, Essen, Dortmund and the wider Rhineland and Ruhr region. Assignments elsewhere in Germany and Europe are available by arrangement. Travel and any accommodation are included transparently in your individual quote.
